Hana Finance Group HQ & Campus masterplan and architecture design competition in collaboration with Gansam and Kunwon architects to design a new corporate campus, total GFA of 300,000 sq.m. A diagonal pedestrian axis through the site is a pivotal organiser of the spatial arrangement, creating connection to buildings between southern part of the site and the express train station on the north of the site. Zigzag building form creates semi-enclosed outdoor spaces for each block along the pedestrian route, facing wider open spaces around including the public golf course.
