DK Asia Culture Complex
Client: DK Asia, DK Development, Incheon, South Korea, Corporate Headquarter | Exhibition and Convention for Public Event.
Invited competition to design 8 storey (Winner), 36,000 sqm mixed use development in the heart of a newly developed compact city in Incheon, accommodating variety mixture of cultural amenities including developer’s new headquarter and exhibition spaces.
DK has developed 40,000 residential units in the region where they have gained reputation for high quality housing on the market. The site is located along 2km long public park, accentuating DK’s corporate branding that emphasizes sustainable and eco-friendly built environment and landscape for the public.
