The vision for the New Libreville International Airport is to be the main airport serving Gabon and Libreville by providing domestic, regional and international flights on key business and leisure routes. (Current annual air traffic/ passengers is 810,000 persons, and it is expected to increase up to 2 million by 2030.)
Consistent with this vision, the goal of the Masterplan is to create long term value for the owner and its stakeholders provided by a competent operator. The development included 3 passenger terminal buildings (main terminal floor area of 28,700 sqm.), air traffic control tower and other ancillary support buildings including losgistics centre.
